Dr. Pham, with over 20 years of experience, is the lead dentist at Oceanic Dental. Inspired by her mother’s practice, she developed a deep appreciation for the power of a healthy smile early on. She provides comprehensive care—from preventive to cosmetic and implant dentistry—with a focus on excellence, compassion, and innovation.

She graduated with honors from the University of California, San Francisco—one of the top dental schools in the country—and is a member of the National Dental Honor Society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon. Dr. Pham also completed a residency in Implant Dentistry and later served as an Assistant Clinical Professor at UCSF.

Her dedication to patient comfort, advanced training, and personalized care has earned her recognition as one of America’s Best Dentists 2025 by the National Consumer Advisory Board and Patient’s Favorite Provider on Healthgrades.

Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, photography, and soaking up Southern California’s sunshine.

Dr. Noh is a highly trained Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon with dual degrees in Dental Surgery and Medicine. A Southern California native, he earned his dental degree from the University of the Pacific and completed a six-year residency in oral surgery at the University of Pennsylvania, where he served as Chief Resident. He currently serves as an attending physician at Hackensack University Medical Center and Palisades Hospital, and is an active member of several respected dental and medical associations.

At Oceanic, Dr. Noh specializes in pre-prosthetic procedures, orthognathic surgery, TMJ disorders, and facial cosmetic surgery. He works closely with our prosthodontist - Dr. Tanaka, forming a seamless surgical-restorative team. With Dr. Noh handling the surgical foundation and Dr. Tanaka restoring form and function, patients benefit from a smooth, integrated treatment process and exceptional outcomes.

Known for his precision and transparent approach, Dr. Noh is deeply committed to delivering thoughtful, evidence-based care.

Dr. Cantrell brings both expertise and personal insight to Oceanic Dental. With a Doctor of Dental Medicine and an MBA from Roseman College of Dental Medicine in Utah, along with her active membership in the Academy of General Dentistry, she combines advanced dental knowledge with patient-focused care.

Born missing a front tooth, Dr. Cantrell understands the profound impact dental care can have on an individual’s confidence and quality of life. This experience has fueled her passion for providing personalized, compassionate care, aiming to give each patient the confident smile they deserve.

Beyond the clinic, Dr. Cantrell is an avid traveler and a fan of Disneyland, showcasing her appreciation for adventure and whimsy. This combination of professional dedication, personal empathy, and a love for life’s joys makes Dr. Cantrell not just a skilled dentist, but a truly relatable and caring healthcare provider. Her goal is always to exceed patient expectations and cultivate long-term relationships based on trust and integrity.

Dr. Tanaka is a skilled prosthodontist specializing in full-mouth reconstructions. Dr. Tanaka’s passion for dentistry runs in the family, having been inspired by his father, a respected dentist in Japan. With over a decade of experience and advanced training from Tufts University, where he earned his Certificate in Advanced Prosthodontics with honors, Dr. Tanaka is committed to providing top-tier care to his patients.

Dr. Tanaka is a Diplomate of The American Board of Prosthodontics and a Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists. His career has also included teaching at Boston University, where he was honored with the Best Faculty Teaching Award for Excellence in Clinical Teaching.

When he's not transforming smiles, Dr. Tanaka enjoys the great outdoors, whether it's camping, watching baseball, or spending quality time with family and friends. As an avid dog lover, you’ll often find him enjoying time with his four-legged companions.

Dr. Hoang is a board-certified periodontist with over two decades of experience in treating gum disease and providing advanced implant therapy. She earned her D.M.D. from Tufts University in Boston and completed her specialty training in Periodontics at Columbia University in New York, where she also received a Master’s in Oral Biology.

Dr. Hoang spent six years as a clinical instructor at Columbia and served on the school’s Admissions Committee, shaping future generations of dental professionals.

Her approach to care is gentle, thorough, and patient-focused. She is committed to helping patients achieve and maintain long-term oral health by providing high-quality, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs.

Dr. Hubbi, raised in New Jersey, earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering before pursuing dental education at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ). She completed a General Practice Residency at the VA in San Diego, California, and returned to UMDNJ for specialty training in Endodontics.

Dr. Hubbi is highly skilled in microscopic root canal therapy and surgical endodontic procedures, with a focus on anesthetic and pain control for minimal discomfort. Known for her gentle touch and friendly nature, she is a patient favorite.

In her free time, Dr. Hubbi enjoys traveling, swimming, and hiking with family and friends.

Dr. Ahmadi began her dental career at the University of Maryland, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene before going on to complete her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS). With a gentle, caring approach, she is committed to making dentistry a pain-free and positive experience for every patient.

She believes that everyone deserves personalized, comprehensive care—and takes the time to ensure her patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident at every step of their dental journey.

Outside the office, Dr. Ahmadi enjoys traveling and cherishing time with her family, especially her two young boys.

Dr. Vu is a compassionate and skilled dentist with a well-rounded background in all areas of dentistry. Since earning her DDS from the University at Buffalo in 2015, she’s developed a special connection with children and families, known for her gentle care and calming presence.

Originally from Syracuse, NY, Dr. Vu now lives in Orange County with her family and loves giving back—both in her daily work and through volunteer trips to Haiti and the Dominican Republic. Her patients appreciate not just her clinical skill, but how genuinely cared for and at ease she makes them feel.
